Ah, Yes! Spring is in the air, can you feel it? A few inches away in my fridge awaits my already-prepared glass of spring time juice cleanse ready for the tasting, boy my organs will be so thrilled.

1 small kale leaf
1/2 apple
Juice of half lemon and lime
1 small knuckle of fresh ginger
Handful of spinach
1/2 cucumber
1/2 zucchini
2 stalks of celery
1/2 cup pineapple
