Make Your Own Vitamin Water: 8 Different Ways

I love vitamin water.  When the commercially made brands hit the market, I was all excited.  Water with vitamins inside, Wow!  Everyone was drinking it.  I even remember seeing Paris Hilton posing with a bottle in one hand and her pint-sized dog in the other.  But have you ever looked at the ingredient list?  Get passed the snazzy label and all you'll find are artificial sweeteners and something called, "natural flavors".  Huh!  What exactly is "vitamin" about that?

Real vitamin water should be homemade.  The taste is more natural and it's a lot healthier for your body.  Throw together some fruits with a handful of herbs and voila - there's your vitamin-enriched water!  Adding a little pizzazz to your own homemade brew can even encourage you to drink your required 6-8 glasses a day.  After all, plain water can be boring, but when infused with fruit, herbs and even spices, it's blissfully delicious and detoxifying.  Why waste time buying store-bought brands when you can make your own.  Here's a list of ideas......
