Repair w/ Blueberry + Soy

When opposites attract it can be a marriage made in heaven - food heaven, that is!  The odd couplings of the peanut butter and pickle sandwich (still don't get that one), pineapple and pizza and even bacon and chocolate, have all proven to be quite popular.  But now dare we try blueberry and soy?  Ahhh, Yes!  On our face? Yes, Yes!

During a recent trip to my esthetician's office, I was reminded about the importance of facial masks; the one key component to seeing a positive change in the skin that most of us forget or skip.  Truth is, skin is sexiest when it's healthy, not when it's dressed up in cosmetics, and I love being able to sport a bare-face when running errands or lounging at home. So here's why this mask helps your skin get there....

The high antioxidant activity of blueberries serve as a revivers, miraculously transforming a sun-damaged, mature, aging complexion into a younger, healthier, smoother appearance.  Blueberries soften, repair and even grant the skin a luminescent glow.  Rich in vitamins A and C, blueberries help to strengthen blood vessels, mend broken capillaries and fix "spider veins" below the skin's surface.

Linked with soy, these two make for an outstanding facial mask.  Soy is often called the "smart moisturizer", for its innate ability to moisturize dry areas while decreasing oiliness in other areas.  The non-GMO soy found in the Blueberry Soy Repair Masque also diminishes wrinkles and tightens sagging skin.

To get the most out of your mask, it should only be used once or twice per week.  Use before bed, take a teaspoon of the mask into the palm of your hand, mix with a little water to activate and apply to your face.  Leave it one for about 10 minutes and rinse.

Follow with the Blueberry Soy Night Recovery Cream to reinforce collagen fibers to work while you sleep for a firmer complexion when you wake up.   This recovery cream deep cleans the pores, tightens and tones.  As always, apply your moisturizer in an upward circular motion and then leave it on.  I love putting this cream on right before bed.  My skin looks so much healthier by the morning.

Blueberry + Soy,  not so strange after all!
