No one's skin is perfect and that includes me - someone who eats right and exercises regularly can still have the occasional zit here and there (sometimes the monster kind). But what if you have more than one or two blemishes, perhaps cystic acne or severely clogged pores taking over your nose, chin and cheeks? My remedy for that is to always to turn to my green clay mask.
Green Clay is one of the best all natural treatments to literally draw out and/or pull out toxins from your pores, it's fantastic for improving the circulation of the skin, which is why skin starts to look dull, tired and just blah - poor circulation. Then using your fingers apply the mask to your face or body and let it dry for about 20-30 minutes, rinse thoroughly with cold water to close the pores and follow with a natural moisturizer such as: coconut oil, grapeseed oil, jojoba oil or avocado oil. You can repeat every day or every other day, or how you see fit depending on your skin care needs.
