Raw Chocolate Bark



I heart chocolate!  A raw chocolate bark like this is definitely a pleaser and a teaser.  The taste is so amazing and healthy, you'll be craving more even before you've swallowed your first bite.  Raw cacao is high in all things vitamin-related such as: Magnesium, Iron, Fiber, Antioxidants.  It also enhances your mood and libido, so eat up! 

Ingredients:

60g cacao butter
2 cups chopped almonds
½ teaspoon natural vanilla
2 tablespoons raw agave
1 tablespoon cashew butter
¼ cup raw cacao powder

Directions:

To keep ingredients raw, melt cacao butter gently over a bowl of boiled water.  Remove from heat and mix everything else in.  Pour chocolate into foiled or parchment lined glass dish and smooth everything out a little. Cover & set in fridge for a few hours.  Serve as is & cut out your own chunks in sizes you prefer.
